Good company
I chose Hewlett-Packard (HP) no just because I work there. It is because this company has a long history and is part of the Computer evolution. Since 1939 when a couple of classmate Bill Hewlett and Dave Packard founded HP, before starts make some of the most famous machine, the first product was an audio oscillator created in a simple garage. The first costumer was Walt Disney, they bought the machine to use in a movie.
Now HP passes from a garage to be the bigger computer firm with participation in 181 countries around the world and one of the top 10 companies in the Fortune 500 Business list. But this company is not only machines; HP is the largest IT Company, which offer services and solution to other companies.
This company always tries to be the best, and be part of the best companies in the market, with new products and services. And when you are an employee you can know that this company really want to grow, and if the company grow you grow too.

I really feel comfortable work in one of the most famous company; I have to recognize that they try to make a good labor environment and give to the employee good opportunities to grow.
ResponderEliminarHP also has many benefits for company’s member. They have a health benefic which you can use a Private Clinic. This Clinic has many pathologies areas and they provide to you all the medicine you need and you don’t have to pay nothing.
We can also talk about culture in HP. The company has some politics one of the most important is have to respect each other in deferens things like: their religion, culture, nationality, sexual preferences, handicap people, etc. This politics make a good corporate culture. Also has many ways to encourage the people; they reflect that you can be a good employee; you just have to believe in you and implement your ideas. And obviously the salary is good and you have many ways to increase it. You work hard and you will be rewarded.

ResponderEliminarA few years a go, I was studying a little bit of the HP tecnics on the market, about Quality sistems, and how they start to implement the quality in every aspect inside the structure of the company, and how they adopted to the production process, It´s just amazing how these Industrie it´s rising, and getting better every day.
i agree too, HP is a great company i cant imagine nowdays work with out a computer because they facilitate our lavores, They save us time and also they are a very useful device.
